1. Service Description

Artemis ("we," "our," or "the Service") is an AI-powered media generation platform available at artemisauralis.ai. The Service enables users to generate videos, images, and music using artificial intelligence models.

2. Account Terms

• Authenticate via Google OAuth using a valid Google account.
• Be at least 13 years of age.
• Provide accurate information. Your account is linked to your Google profile.
• Maintain the security of your account.

3. Free Trial and Paid Plans

New users receive 3 complimentary AI generations. Once exhausted, continued use requires a paid subscription.

4. Credit System

• Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by law.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• If a generation fails due to a system error, credits are automatically refunded.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Artemis to:

• Generate illegal content of any kind.
• Create NSFW or sexually explicit material.
• Infringe upon copyrights or intellectual property rights.
• Generate content promoting violence, harassment, or discrimination.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the Service.

6. Third-Party Services

• PiAPI — AI model processing infrastructure.
• Stripe — Payment processing. Payment information is never stored on our servers.
• Google — Authentication via OAuth 2.0.

7. Intellectual Property

We do not claim ownership of content you generate. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artemis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
